At Grand Prairie Bayou Two P.W.A. we are committed to providing our customers with affordable water rates that cover the cost of providing clean water, maintaining infrastructure, and planning for future needs. We do not employ a descending rate structure; current water rates are structured on just one rate above minimum at $3.90 per thousand.
